Words cannot describe how much I love my Tuesdays off. 🤪 Sometimes I get a lot done and then there is today where the only thing I have accomplished besides putting on pants, is drive into town to get a bag of milk and some HPsauce. I have a huge list to plow through but no “get up and go” to getter done.
The husband is out in his shop. He has finished staining all the pieces for the island and is power cleaning the shop so he can begin spray painting all the cabinets. I can’t wait to see the progress. We are a few short weeks away from demo, and as much as I am dreading the mess, I am looking forward to getting this moving.

I can’t wait to see it all assembled…I can’t wait to have a place for everything. Storage is a hot commodity here.
Other than that not much is new here. Trying to figure out when I can retire. I’m thinking two more years and I’ll gradually work my way down to two days a week. Just enough to keep me out of trouble and socialize a wee bit. Two days a week would be lovely, wouldn’t it?
